Information on how to contact the ESL ministry as well as various contact email forms are available in this section.

This is an online form for former students of our ESL ministry that want to request attendance certificates as proof of their attendance. Note: These certificates are not proofs of English proficiency. These certificates can also be requested in-person from the ESL office.

In order to provide certificates, it would be best if you provide proof of your registration (i.e., photos of your pink registration receipts). Otherwise, there could be a significant time delay in providing it as we would have to manually look up our archived records.

Additionally, we would need the name your registered under, as well as the name you want on your certificate (usually the same as your passport name.)

It may take up to a week for certificates to be prepared. When your certificates are ready, you will be contacted and asked to pickup from either the church office or the ESL office.
